Whether you like or dislike any particular CC&R, you did agree to abide by them all. Know your CC&R's and don't violate.

is there a problem with people violating the CC&Rs? Also are the CC&Rs located somewhere online?

Robert - No problem that I'm aware of. Reminders are intented to keep it that way. Four Seasons is a great community.
