The El Dorado Hills Community Services District board will start the new year with a special meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
Directors will consider approving a "pay for performance" plan for management employees and extending a contract with Sacramento-based consultants CPS Human Resource Services to implement the program.
The board also is scheduled to approve salary and benefits for confidential employees.
Also on the agenda is a resolution opposing a plan, presented recently to the county Board of Supervisors, to reorganize the Airport, Parks and Grounds Division within the county's General Services Department.
The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in the Parks Conference Room, 1030 St. Andrews Drive, El Dorado Hills.
